The Brief.

Villa Meraki is a conceptual boutique hotel nestled on the sun-soaked shores of Kos, Greece. The brief was to craft a cohesive and elevated brand experience that captured the essence of slow island living- effortlessly luxurious, grounded in nature, and designed for the modern traveller. The brand needed to feel soulful yet sophisticated, rooted in local charm while appealing to design-conscious guests from around the world.

Approach

With a holistic view of the guest experience, the project focused on aligning every touchpoint - from the first social scroll to post-booking emails - with the mood, tone, and values of the brand. The strategy was anchored in storytelling, with a visual identity inspired by natural textures, Aegean light, and architectural simplicity. The website design prioritised intuitive UX and emotional resonance, while the social media and content direction aimed to transport the viewer into the world of Villa Meraki through tone, colour, and carefully curated moments.

The result is a cohesive brand ecosystem that reflects calm, connection, and considered design.

I developed a visual identity suite including logo, typography, and colour palette; a fully responsive Squarespace website designed for seamless browsing and booking; a content and social strategy that speaks to escapism and experience; and short-form video assets to support long-term brand engagement across social platforms.

Every element was created to elevate the boutique hospitality experience.
